    The design is okay, however: remove the white lines near your upper right buttons, or atleast change them to an orange. A slight gradient on the header would also make it look less flat.

    I will prefer a bigger banner, it will be much more catchy. Right now. .. hmm, it just sits there small and lonely.

    Regarding the white line, I try to do somethng about it. But it was already part of the template.

    For the banner, I had a logo contest. And still waiting for more banners. Will change it after tomorrow when contest ends.
