Kindly check once my domain. - In my site LIVE TV & LIVE FM is any voilation??? - Audiosongs streaming online is a Voilation or not in my site??? - These above any problem or not in Adsense. Do you have permission from the TV stations to provide a stream of their shows? Do you have permission or a license from the recording artists or record labels to stream the music? If not, then your site is violating the Adsense program policies due to copyright infringement. You aren't allowed to create a new account if your account is disabled, so the second and third times your account was likely disabled because you violated Adsense policy by creating the new accounts. You are not allowed to create another new account, and Google will just keep disabling them if you do.
If once you are banned by adsense then you are not allowed to create new a/c .So if you created three a/c the latter two had to be banned according to their TOS .
