Nice design for CMS site. I'm not much convinced about the logo. It can me made little attractive with some pet foot or head in it.

 

Nice looking site.
You had also a great idea to turn into CMS since i dint see many sites CMS for dog training.
Can i ask in what platform did you made it? Wordpress, Joomla or what?

the design is good and eye catching, it will more attract if you add a more relevant things to you side bar

I would change instances of pet's to dogs, at first It looked like a pet shop with all the pet words in it.

 

Nice attractive site but needs a strong call to action by offering a free report about your topic of show dogs. The headline is excellent by focusing on you niche, however the supporting articles don't match the show dog niche. Make sure your articles support your main niche keyword(s). Do a keyword research in the Google Keyword tool and use those keywords in your articles. This should boost your site stickiness by at least 50% or more.
