You have 11 colors going on there, try to make less of it like about 4 to 5 max. Choose a primary color, then background, text and links and then hover links.

Also try to avoid fancy fonts for text. You can use them in images but for the category name I wouldn't suggest them.

Color scheme is to pungent, Logo is ... not good and you can barely see what any of the text or PR ranking says or is: http://money.forumindia.info/Business/Advertising/

I would say... stick with 3 colors, and use slight offsets of these colors to make your original 3 colors stick out. As Aragorn has stated: stick with Web-Friendly fonts... The reason you see Arial-type fonts around so often is because that font is easily readable at a small size.

But, you know what? I give you a green for trying to make your own template, 85% of people use the default and wont even give it a go! So thumbs up for effort buddy, just needs a little work :)

Seems good.. but make sure the category color must b some attractive and in Verdana fonts than it'll look better

its good that u try and make ur own. Now try to make it look the best it could. You see how u r using diff. colors which don't go together like grey background with maroon description it doesn't go together... u want to use something which make ur design clear and clean as possible.

good job overall because u tried :)
