You should get a logo for the header, and you should move the text on the right side of the header and put it above the banner in the body of the page it does not look professional in the header.
I'm afraid I just don't get the reassurance that this is a professional website. I pesonally think it's the banner. If you could get a new, high quality banner designed I think that would make all the difference. Also, for the front page where that green image is asking you to choose a category, I think that could be made into some sort of professional banner. I reckon you could find someone in the BST forum to make one for you for under $10 each, or if you search around perhaps even free!
I think it's better to have the list of free directories displayed on the main home page to stretch the page longer. When I first arrive it really looks pretty blank.
The color scheme is good if you can handle the rest of it properly. I liked your funny domain name "www.wwww....." .
Definitely new logo! Your navigation bar below overpowers the entire page including the header. In the header copy to the right, I would capitalize "seo" to be consistent. The center navigation bar. I would really consider a font change if you're going to keep the bar. That font just doesn't fit or seem to have a purpose on a bar like that. Now if you got rid of the bar and (since these are directories) replace them with three book, manuscript, or even Old Testament type Scrolls (your font would work for that example) graphics, you could make them larger vertically to eat up some white space and it would be more in keeping with your directory theme. I'm bookmarking you. Best of luck! Mr. Unloadingzone
