Review my design

What do you think of the design on www.onlinesupermario.com ? I've never been too good with css, but this is something I'm proud of for some reason. I like the graphics.

 

i like it, very nice on the eye.

 

I like it, nice retro feel! Colors fit the theme, and the background is really nice.

However, a couple of things you might consider improving...

(These are just very little things and only my opinion )

On the main page the content is shorter than the screen: it would look better if the content were of the same length so that text "©onlinesupermario.com" would be at the bottom, that is, the content would fill the whole screen.

And the text "Other Fun Mario Stuff" is longer than the green line below it. Maybe the green lines could be longer or the text shorter?

 

agree with ztoma... but the ©onlinesupermario.com look very unique, different from any other website copyright sign.

the green lines should more longer till 10 pixels to the egde..

 

Thanks for the reviews. I'd do that ztoma but then the site would look too short. But eventually I'm gonna add more content and that won't be a problem.

 

I really like the background design

For your header, maybe make the background image less faded? I think it's a really nice pixel graphic that should be more visible!

 

Love the background and overall design. It seemed a bit slow to load. Perhaps some image optimization is in order. I imagine most of the graphics you are using could be gif instead of jpg and that would significantly reduce the load. The header is the only image that would need to stay jpg (or png).

the design is great but its pretty empty....try filling it up with some mario related banners and stuff

 

The title is a bit too long for my taste.

I don't like the font used for the title that much. Yes, it's original, but no, in my opinion it doesn't look that good, and no, in my opinion it isn't easy to read. Have I mentioned it's long?

 

Beautifull design. Probably a little empty because you are still working on it. But it looks good.

Nice looking site, I would probably change the style of font at the top of the page to something a bit nicer, more mario-esque.

Took a little while to load up, and there is a rectangle and square that are both white, were they supposed to be images/flash applets?

Site looks nice and colourful overall, good luck with it

nice but make an a more better thing to it make a header and footer same color as the style
