The design is clean. Maybe you could lose those Google ads on the right. The captcha image you are using looks a bit old-fashioned. Try to reduce the number of links you have in the top horizontal navigation.

I love the social engine template you are using. Very nice. Since this is a dating site and not a social networking site, you should put some sort of romatic picture somewhere near the top. Otherwise it looks too much like a social networking site. Also, you need some written content underneath "Welcome to Hero Dating!". Finally, I would get rid of the banner ad at the very top (though keep the one at the bottom). Keep your site looking as good as possible. Otherwise, nice job.
