    Hi,

If your purpose is to gain ad revenue, try to create a site which do not require visitor to register or login, that will increase your earning through ad revenue.

    Hi,

I think it is a fairly attractive website, however, it could do with a few images to brighten it up. Also, on the menu, its not clear that some of the links are disabled until you log in.

images would give life to the header and also the login box could be blue color or something different other then brown.

I personally don't like having to register to see the quality of a site. You may have 10,000 CVs created, but what do the formats look like?

Consider adding a few links to some quality looking resumes. Good anchor text will help with SE as well.
