    I like that the design is very clean and the color scheme is consistent from the logo to the ads to the content.

    I would suggest you add categories to the left menu based on different subject matter. I have found this will lead to more clicks on the ads in the left column just below the category list.

    Actually when I saw your website, I thought it is a official HDFC website. I am not sure this is allowed under fair usage policy..
