a good CSS lay out but the ads replacement is not good. 728 *90 ads does not fit there also not suitable for that CSS - wrapper pixel can be increased - and ads are so close to each other. a 468*60 banner at the top will be better.
I agree with annudora. Your site is not looking good because of these "big" ads. It doesn't look ok in Firefox either. I liked the picture in your header. Color scheme is ok also.
