Start by fixing your spelling mistakes. "Our team is constantly working on the new website to makt it more effective."

 

Make the images of the Ripe FLV Players clickable. The theme is nice but you really need to fix the English on most of the text (get it done by a native speaker or a professional, it's worth the price, this is not something you want to save on). When clicking on the FLV Player, replace the "Get a quote" button with a "Buy now" button (and make it possible to purchase the software online).

The "Careers" button on the top bar brings to a 404 error.

 

clean design. Would add images to the small containers on the bottom of the HP

very clean, eye pleasing. only suggestion id make is for the read more, make it black and blue on hover like you did with the header. good job though
