From start - you should use a small script for identifying the users IP - like this will allow to your website to change the language based on the region from where the visitor is coming. For me, came in a language Shgip - I have no idea what is that - but I found the button for changing into English. Going to the main point: Your site looks ok, you may need to add the "site map" that will help more the indexing. I like the bottom with the keywords, and will be better if you don't point some SO BIG.
