    The image resolution can be better.... seriously , you should not use the HTML width, height tag to resize the images....

    The colors of your site are nice but maybe a little dark for CRT monitors. Ad placement is nice, but if it is feasible, get rid of the pop-up on page load. Possibly add some padding around your images and a border to distinguish them, to make the page look less cluttered. Overall, a nice design and a promising site!
