The site is okay. I don't really like the logo and what the site is about is not immediately clear. You need a better tagline to hook me in.

Off the bat the logo kinda of distracts me, perhaps a more embedded and subtle design?

Maybe change the Ad's color to black font.

Otherwise nice layout, easy to navigate.

 

I would highly suggest getting someone to design a better header banner... that is what someone sees first and it looks really bad, imo.

 

The one thing I would add is that on my laptop there is absolutely no content above the fold. I don't know about you, but I didn't even bother to scroll down.

 

your site to many advertise, please just max 5 advertise. it's make me not comfortable

 

Looking average! A lot of improvement is possible. Apply different color themes. White background is outdated.
