Hey there I've just launched my own business forums: http://www.discuss-business.com We are a brand new site with already over 1k unique visitors a day. You can discuss anything business related on the forums and get help from real Business-Professionals! What do you guys think of it? How is the layout? What about the categories? And some tips on SEOing and promoting are always welcome.

hmm... I know it's a business forum & supposed to be fairly serious but it looks fairly unremarkable to me. I'd dress up the logo/header a bit... make it more aesthetically interesting. Also, I know you're brand new so this will be a struggle, but you've got to really build up the content. You'll need to be actively starting content-rich threads & responding to other people's questions from the beginning. Maybe initiate a contest with your users to build up the community - gift card to whoever gets the most new members to your site or whoever posts the most posts over a 30-day period. Something to get the ball rolling.
The theme is great, the background image helps alot too, with the outer glow. It gives it a web 2.0ish look, great for enticing readers and such.
