    I have taken a look the first website. From UI point of view looks good. The only thing this two ad blocks on left and right irritate a little bit.
    Then I have crawled the website with my tool Smart SEO Auditor https://smart-seo-tool.com and found some drawbacks
    1. Many broken links were found. That should be definitely fixed.
    2. Many pages with nonoptimal titles and descriptions.
    3. 15 pages without H1 but with H2.
    4. Server response time it too high, up to 2 sec. Here I can suggest to do:
    - Bundle all JavaScript files into one. The same for CSS.
    - I found many images, please, make sure they are all compressed.
    - JavaScript execution takes to much time (take a look image bellow). You should take a look it.
    - You can try better hosting when you fix JavaScript.

    So, I can recommend you to crawl the website with some tool like my Smart SEO Auditor, or similar. Such reports are helpful :)

    The homepage has a list of your most recent posts, but it looked like a single article.

    For each post I would make a headline, image and summary with a link that says Read More... because there's just too much going on, too many bold, links and tables.

    On the homepage all you need is a list of recent posts with good written headlines, a featured image and a summary of the post.

    I suggest you can a done for you template related to the niche you're working in, see examples: https://library.elementor.com/ And a good page builder like Elementor.com Because the site structure overall can be improved. For example the top menu is barely visible with very small white text.

    If you use Wordpress.org for site speed I suggest https://onlinemediamasters.com/

    I personally would remove the push notification because there's already too many banners and stuff. Of course if you can remove all 3 banners (top and sides) that would be awesome. With a proper template you can at least give them a stable position because they flow all the way to the very top and bottom which doesn't look nice.
