Review my bloghosting site...

    Hi,

    I have never been 100% happy with the look of http://www.journalhome.com/, can you guys suggest some changes?

    My users like the information the front page gives them, (latest entries summary, stats and so on), so I would need to keep that.
    But I wonder how I could improve the look and feel of the site?

    - Should I remove all the Google ads?
    - What would you change?
    - Anything ugly/bad that I should fix?

    Any advise would be great.

    Really? What do you get?

    I know the VPS is running an update so a 500 is possible.

    The google ads are placed well...the color combination is bad....it looks very dull....keep some bright colors...designing is goog
