Hiya! Your site is off to a nice start. Clean layout, good font, and an overall nice design.. Some things to improve on : -Make yourself a logo (can make a pretty decent one yourself in about 15 minutes using the right program, and it will add a nice professional feel to the site) -Need more pages - you have "home", and "most viewed articles", but you could use an "about us", "faq", or similar sections to add more meat to your product.. -I like the font style and color, but I would consider switching it up a little here and there...not everything needs to be blue.. -As to monetize it, Try an affiliate program that deals with book sales maybe that relate to psych? Toss some ad sense in there maybe? You don't have any ads atm so a few will NOT hurt your site at all..The site has a nice professional clean look so don't overdo it... Overall - nice site
I do have adsense implemented, but only on the article pages like this one. I have also added some amazon books, I am sure this will not really generate money, but it looks nice.
The site looks nice but I think it's missing a logo, you should get a logo and add some graphics into the site.

I think you need to improve on the logo. Also, the footer seems a bit left compared to the excerpt post (I'm using Firefox). Other than that, were fine. I like the color combo
Love the template, its really engaging and is more than enough for a first time visitor to click on to the contents even if for the drag and drop feature lol... anyway, you do lack a logo and you should work on that asap.
