Navigation part is good.
If the size of the posts is a bit large or no. of posts are more ,no empty space at the bottom and may give further good look.

- Colour comibation is very fresh ... and refreshing visitor

- Use some other Font may be Bookman Old Style or Georgia

- Add some contain in every segment ... like about ... just two line is not good enough its sounding like site under maintenance ...

- Give some matching colour shed on header ... that will look attractive ... current colour is making it dull ...

This is my assumption ... & just try to give you so that it can look much better ...
