I like the domain personally. Good keyword choice on that.
Looks pretty good, besides the loading speed time. It looks great actually, I just don't like the top header banner. Looks out of place.

Looks like all you need is more traffic.

Thanks. Yea i don't really know what to do about the loading time, i might take out the Featured Posts but on some computers it loads much faster than others.

Do you mean the ad banner? or the "Mind Our Blog"

To be honest the blog looks ok, childish theme ,Get a better professional theme

 

I will suggest using post excerpt on home page so that visitors go to post page to read the full post.
Also you should use some slogan or tag line in site header with your main keyword.
