    I saw the site and I was thinking the same thing, I guess google is ok with it :D

    - I think the header could be improved, you should get a
    professional logo and a graphic for the header.

    - You should remove some of the buttons at the bottom of
    the page, they make the site look unprofessional.

    - It would be best if you got your own domain name.

    Needs a better header.

    Having both the toolbars make it look spammy.

    need a creative template for better blog.. informative blog.. a lot of adsense.. use creative header to look more nice and exclusive...:D
