My Blog/Site is http://canmarketers.info. I basically made this blog for marketing strategies, but now im using it more to affliate with ad networks, and im considering other niches.
I think it's a little bland. Maybe adding some images to the header, and sprucing up the navigation at the top would make it have some more pizzaz. The design is a basic blog design, and the 2 side columns you have a filled with ads (which can get kind of annoying, but if they bring in money why not). My suggestion would be to add some graphics or something to the header area, and possibly the footer as well.
I would suggest adding more graphics/photos to the posts and scale back the banner ads. The whole site is nothing but banner ads right now.
