    By Design & layout
    - Main Banner looks like really odd. First of all you have the 53KB image unnecessarily, you could have used better looking fonts with CSS in, maybe 1KB of code ?
    - RSS feed Icon seems cut off.

    Good blog, very interesting read. But, if your blog is about earning money, I would think you would want your theme to have some green in it. Maybe green and white, or something like that. That red and black you have for the header just doesn't seem to fit in anywhere....

    I like your blog, interesting, simple color and type screen makes it easier to read all the text, good choice

    I agree with the banner comment, maybe green and white to go with the money theme. Plus it's be lighter than the red and black, which feels a little color heavy compared to the rest of the page.

    I like the use of pictures, and leaving them as clickable thumbnails on the site - doesn't take away from the articles.

    I agree content is second to none! But the design needs a little work! You could download a free template, i do that for my sites and I make WP themes! Its quick and easy and well worth it!

    Your blog is a perfect king becoz the content is original and useful to the online money makers. But the color of the header may require some pleasant color like green or blue. Think it over... Perfect Content for Money making blogger. ALL THE BEST!!!
