Can someone please offer me suggestions on how to improve my blog on design, ad placement and SEO.

    1) I recently put the ads at the bottom. I am still undecided what is best. On one hand it is better for the user, and on the other hand it is worse for me. I would be glad to hear your opinions

    2) Design/template. Are there any things that i should add to improve navigation for the user. Any links to scripts.tools would be grateful.

    3) SEO. Besides submitting to directories/digg etc, articles is there something you suggest me to do to improve.

    Thanks in advance.

    My blog is kaizenlog.blogsome.com

Overall an average blog and I will just refer to work on the design or formatting. Else it has much information to stick for a while.

you sre currently using only one link unit in the middle of the home page. I'd suggest you use the maximum google allows. You can add a link uint in the left navigation with the other links and also add some ad unit near the bottom and between posts.

Also, try and use a few images with the ad unit you have on your page.

Those big social bookmark buttons looks horrible.

Google search box's "search" button is partically hidden by blogsome banner. i wonder how safe is that.

get a different template, put an adlink on the left sidebar. or even on top.

since its hosted on blogsome you can't do much about seo other then getting links from other sites :p
