It is okay, but your text-to-link ratio is a bit slim (more links than text almost). Also, the top ad is so predominant that I had to scoll to see the first post, and then that first most almost blended with the ad. Making money with a blog is challenging. You have to measure giving people what they want against getting people to support your advertisers. If ads are too much, you will lose readers and not get any support for your advertisers. But after you have ensured that people will stay on your blog, you have to figure out how to maximize the income you can derive from that content. I build lots of information websites, and I always start with content first. I place no advertising on a site until which time that site is generating a sufficient number of visitors based on content alone. Then I start adding advertisements and tweaking my income from that site. Of course I might be different in that I have more operating capital to build more sites.
its nt gud.. the site is too heavy on ads.. ask anyone on DP and they will tell you its best to use atmost 2 ad units on a single page.. so try to minimise the ads on the page and instead have atmost two ad units on the best ad space (the ones that gets maximum click-throughs).. this will make more money by avoiding your visitors to leave for relatively low payouts (with so many ads), as you should understand that the best paying ads are ones that are earlier in your HTML code
Your placement is decent, but pretty Ad heavy. What about using a leaderboard, then maybe a rectangle underneath?
