    Nice site! Really looking good, with good content.

    You need to change around a couple of things:

    -Get rid of that "Label Cloud", Its too intrusive. Put it in the corners or something, because where it is now is really annoying.

    -Change the navigation banner at the top. It doesn't fit in with your blog. Find something clean, white and simple.

    Other than that, keep churning out those articles.

    I think the menu bar looks too large, try to reduce it..
