    I think you have to setting more than 2 post on your homepage. It looks asimetric between content and your sidebar. Your categories/labels are too much + links, but your post only 2 in your homepage.

    I like the site, but I would move the bottom add into the middle of your article. I've found that the click rate is better if the adsense ad flows in the article.

    agree site is definately weighted too much towards right column - add at least 2 more articles

    The design is quite good but there seems to be no limitting for the sidebar links, if you limited each to 10 it may be easier to navigate.
