    Two things:

    1. You need a logo or at least a more interesting header

    2. I would use a horizontal ad unit above your content.

    The blog was fast in loading and i like the template.The contents looks good and it is well organised.Just add a goodlooking logo.

    It's well organized imo. But is see some drawbacks:
    - The font is not contrast enough for reading, at least on my 15" CRT monitor with 1028x768 resolution
    - The ads on the top are too obvious and somehow distract my attention for a while. :p
