review my blog(design)

What do you think of my blog? Please mention something about the design too (because I made it myself). Thanks for reviewing.

 

I'm going to comment on the design of the blog (my 2 cents):

I think the blog design is too light. There is too much white and the colors you do have there are faded . . .they aren't dark enough so they don't stand out well.

Like your header. The design is fine but it's just so faded. If those colors were darker and brighter it would stick out more.

Great start I like where your going with the blog design. A little bit of contrast (color, text-style, text size) would be nice.

 

I've changed the background color to add more contrast. I've also added date buttons to my posts. What do you think now?

Design is good but does need to be darkened up a bit.

In IE6 the sidebars show at the bottom of the page.

 

I like the colors used in the header. But there is no contrast between the background and the content area.. you could work around that area.

 

I like the simplicity of the design. It was very well done.
