1. Change the bottom 728 banner to textual so that you will have more CTR.
2. Go for any simple blogger theme rather than the Dynamic for more ad placement and customization.

1. Change your every ads into textual ads so people will click them more rather than than media rich ads. The colour of the ad must match with the text on your blog. The title is in Blue, whereas links are in green. Do everything black because most of the people don't like click on the ads, but they get click more frequent like this.
2. Your ad must not be in the bottom of the post, it must be in the start of post or after 1-2 paragraphs.

 

Your blog is good. I think it will better if you place horizontal banner ad on the top before navigation bar and on right side, you can place 160x600 vertical banner. Based on my experience, It will make good CTR. You can try this.

 

It's ok, but you need a better theme, it looks kinda sloppy.

recently i got a message from adsense to convert all my ads to text/image & rich media.
initially i had few only image ads and few text+image ads.
now after converting, my clicks and earning increased.

i guess same applies to many and your blog too.
i feel that 300x250 will go unnoticed in between those posts
