I just made an example banner/logo (really simple) just to test out how I am at photoshop. Could people just point me in the right direction? It's just about my first ever banner so go easy (btw this does not affiliate or relate to the company Motorola in any way, shape or form)
Its good. Here are some tips 1. that blue doesnt work well with that orange, hard to read it 2. If it is a banner then you need something on other side, if logo then dw 3. You should include a graphic or something else in it apart from text but its a great start and very clean for a first logo
its Neat dude.. but yup the colour combination sux.. and do some animation rt.. like a flow or sumthing.. thats wud make it better
I just wanted to know where I can get those little graphics though? I always see little white images and graphics on the side, anyone link me to a site with them ?
Like say, I saw a white hand (cartoon) pointing to some text on a banner...are there forums which provide this sort of thing? example link: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=377019 About 3rd from top.
Oh, you draw them yourself takes practice. Practice by tracing images, as in that picture, most likely he got a picture of a hand and traced it. I can only draw simple things. or you can buy things like that from istockphoto.com
not bad however i am not digging the blue text. you can't read it. could have picked a better font too
Try practicing drawing vectors, it's easy whence you know how, and actually very fun! Plus its original
