very very bad design. It hurts my eyes, wayyyyy to dark and this red ... Too much advertising and I couldn´t even find a way to download a youtube movie (dummie user ^^).

You shuld start from scretch.

The theme is bit simple and plain but there are good collection of videos and it was fast in loading the videos.

 

did u guyes tested the download videos options

3 formats of download avilable,

3gp videos, mp4 and flash format

 

Upload button doesn't work. Very minimalistic. I would change your search button to be more inline with the theme of your site. Keep working on it.

Nice clean and simple design.. It looks good.. but you can add a better header and logo to it and ofcourse a favicon too.
