A pretty neat website to my likes. The only thing I find distracting there is the animated banner on the top.
Also just noticed that the authour links are like below. http://www.downloadarticle.com/"http://www.bible-knowledge.com" which takes you to a 404 May get you in some trouble with the original owners of the articles.
I would not submit an article to a site that does not allow me live links to MY site...not error message as at this site. Fix it, or you will not be getting too many submissions.

Nice design, but you need to fix the problem with links. Otherwise, as everyone else said above, the writers will not like it. And I do think the website would look a lot nicer without the animated banner or maybe if you want to place the banner somewhere else..(but thats just personal preferences)
Nice site. I think you already removed the animated banner, it looks better now. One thing though I think the thunder icon with an orange circle around it is kinda out of place. Very clean site. Though I might want to add that the logo might need more work. But over it's user-friendly and good to look at.

It is a really clean site. If the ads were blended, they'd be less intrusive. Aside from that, the link problem is the only other think that really pops out at me.
