Review my arcade site [i want all advice]

I have set up an online flash games arcade site at MD Games . I have noticed that in this niche in order to have a chance you need an unique site because you will find thousands of similar game sites around the internet.

So I need advice regarding my game site as I want to customize it so it stands out from the rest. Any piece of advice. It is a clean game site , no ads and its purpose is to become a user friendly site where gamers will come and play everyday and they should fall in love with it .

So take a look on the site. Play a game or two and shoot away with opinions and advice for improvement here .

There is not much to say about this site. You're using another turn-key arcade script with some tweaked colors that look horrible. Nothing stands out.

 

Well, the color is not bad to me, it is very nice and clear, a lot of people put a lot of black color in the arcade site which i don't like.

 

Blue and red colours aren't match with your site

 

Thanks guys for all the opinions so far . Any piece of advice of where to go to with the design from here. Also I have noted that only the design seems an issue as if it's ok or not.

How about the games listed on the site. I am a php programmer and can completely transform this script. Also any advice/opinions about the games ? I have added new games for some time now and I pick only the best when I add new ones as I want to increase the quality of the site.

If I was you will I mabey only use 100 of the games, find the best of them, and only use them, and the and one new great game per week.

 

When it comes to arcades, I usually try and search for the most popular games and add them to my site. I keep track of what seems to be played the most, and what isn't touched at all. I get rid of the rubbish games to make more room for the good ones.....

And I have to agree that the colors are horrible. It makes your site stand out, but not in a good way. I think the logo looks good though....

 

I like the look of the site. Nice and simple and easy to find what you're looking for.

 

I already see different opinions . First thanks all for your feedback. For all of you who don't like the colors please reply with what is the color that you think doesn't fits (red, blue,etc). The logo is nice , I like it too . It was made by a member from dp.

As for the games thanks for the advice. I will keep that in mind while I further develop the site. Any other opinions/advice or updates?

 

the layout is poor. The content is good but I think a game site has to have a cool layout . Even an average user will not come back to this site to play again .

 

You need to work on the layout. Make your site stand out from the rest. The site gets a little dry when you scroll to the bottom. By dry I mean that the design is just to plain.
