Your website looks pretty good actually, you can improve a little bit your contact page and maybe the sidebar is kind of full of links, you should optimise your website you have about 281 external links on your main page, you should exclude some of them. On header there is too much images and but name written is not well you need a good logo and well managed name on header. There is more empty space at bottom and on top only ads i found.
I don't know, if there's any problem with my browser, but half of the header turns under the main menu tab, the text is barely readable because of that. I'd shorten the displayed site name to make it fit in one line and create a unique logo
