    I think you need to add some graphic design to bring the website to life a bit. It looks very plain and there's not much to review besides the layout of the form/code. I'm assuming the domain doesn't match because you've only put it on that domain to show the site. Otherwise, I'd also suggest a domain that fits better.

    Hmm.. well the concept is awesome... i wonder if adsense users will use it.
    and just update the look.. add some background and banners and tables..
