    The design is OK, but you really need to improve the quality of the thumbnail images on the front page. Use higher resolution and don't stretch them - they look ugly and drive people away. Use only well edited photoshoped pics for thumbnails, that will decrease the bounce rate.

    Thanks, I fixed the thumbnail problem. All images uploaded now maintain aspect ratio. :)

    The more you make it clear that these are "REAL" pictures (not some people in porn industry), then the more traffic you are going to get. So make it more like facebook and less like collection of thumb nails.In other words, encourage people to post some details about themselves, their girlfriend, make it REAL.

    nice site if you put a forward back arrow in the image that would be easy to the user to els have to hit the back button always !!
