Hm, yes ... a big list of names. Nice, now what? What kind of value are you delivering to your visitors, that they cannot come up through a simple Google query themselves? What are you trying to inform your readers of? Where are the addresses? Where are the reviews?

If you expect people to click on your ads, you have to give them something first, so they don't close their browserwindow out of boredom. Here is an explanation, how online marketing works. Hope, it helps.

You should change 234x60 ads to 468x60 and the most important thing is that make your post expandable, in this way you will get more page impressions and dont use ads after each post. Make post expandable and put ad inside the post, you can see sample in my blog - http://downloadzplanet.blogspot.com.

 

I would pick a more unique template and then try to integrate your ads more seamlessly into the actual content. I'm a big fan of a embedded ad unit in the upper left corner of each post like this:

You need to put this multiple places in your template. You task would be to fool the users into thinking they are clicking a link you put there.

Your stick out like a sore thumb thus they look like an advert. I would not click on any of those.

Also change the ad colors to blend with the site.

Change the ads to big boxes. Keep them where they are. Blend the ads to make them look like your content.
