    Above the fold your site is very bare, the colours blend together and theres this one ad that seems to dominate even your inhouse promo.

    Then you need to start over bro, That is not going to make you money ....

    Lets start with:

    1. What host are you with?
    2. What script are you running?
    3. What is your income goal?
    4. What is your average time working on that website?
    Let me know the above and I can give you some tips
