    I would reduce the size of my logo and use the leaderboard ad next to it in that space between the drop downs

    If you read adsense policy about pop ups, they don't want any adsense to be put in a pop up, but they allow adsense to be displayed by a page which opens a maximum of 3 pop ups, which I think is already a lot for pop ups!
