    I only see one banner on the top.

    Image ads don't work for me. Why not you try text only ads. Try to use 336*280 or 250*250 ad units.

    Also, put more then just one ad unit.

    Looks fine for me. You should test ads with the same background as the site too (that green).
    Give it a try for a week and then test with a green background instead of white.

    My adwords campaign is pointing on my subscription page, should i point my adwords campaign to my home page to get a roi with adsense?

    I think you made all the right changes, you might want to ad a small ad on the bottom left of the sidebar...and make sure you blend all your colors...
