website color not really adsense friendly, but try to blend adsense in content, which people most likely click once they read your quality articles, reader rarely click adsense on advertisement space, they mostly click on the ads that really near to what they like, in this case, content.
Please tell me what you're basing that on as I want oppinions from people that are sucessful with adsnese, and It's already made 3.65 in adsense in 1 day, so the placement works.
