Review my AdSense Placement Please!

    I've recently redesigned the layout for my website, but before I hire a designer to make it look nicer I want to make sure all my ads are in the right spots.

    Please only judge the actual AdSense ads, not the placeholder images.

    How can I improve my CTR?
