    should i have to change my link unit i heard banner can;t work well in ad unit is this quote apply for link unit also?

    You know it's against the TOS to have Pop-ups and Pop-unders.

    The placement looks good.

    I don't see any adsense link units.. you can easily integrate them into your site. Ad link units have lower CTR than text ads..
