You should blend your ads with the website content in such a way that they don't look like ads , as people will not click on them You are using a Spiga theme , use some good theme ,I don't like the layout of your blog. Try to get the Revolution theme its excellent. Regards Tehmina
It will be better if you select a different border color for the ad blocks ..anyways the template looks good..
You can put boxed ads between the posts, I think that will give you more clicks leave very small spacing between the contents and google ads.
The ad unit beside the shout box will look better with a black (or a dark sea blue) slightly rounded border. I noticed all your units have the same link colors, you can keep them all red but with different values if red, that makes an unconcious effect on visitors.
