I also realised that some of my ads in the right side and the footer are not shown , can any one help me in this ?
Change the AdSense Title color to match the anchor text color of your site. It will get a better CTR that way. Move the square ad in the top-center of the page to either the middle-center, or middle-bottom of the page. I think having the ad where it is now makes the site look cluttered, and unprofessional. I'd rather see the job listings up towards the top. The two AdSense units on the sides seem to be fine where they are. The rest of it looks good.
in the details page, place the job title first and below that place the date and below that place the ads (which are on top of the date now) and below that place the details of the job.
