Review My Adplacement Friends!

I just make some changes in adplacement of my site,Can you please review my adplacement?, I need your opinion friends, is it ok or need some changes?.....Hope to get some good suggestion from all of you.

It's quite good, but I guess It's better to replace top banner with large rectangle after post.

Make your advertisements like a content

 

Remember that too much advertisement isn't good either. Do you like sites owercrowed with advertisement? I do not, and I am not alone with that. More ads does not mean more income.
