    Hi John, I don't see any ad in the navbar area above the fold. That is not only the conventional but usually the optimum place to show text/banner ads.

    placement looks fine to me. Could do with more ads. And most importantly you have no privacy policy. It's been a mandatory adsense requirement for months now, and not having one can get you banned. Search my other posts on "Privacy Policy" and you will find a sample one to cut n' paste. You should get it done in less than 5 mins including ftp upload. Don't risk a ban for missing something so simple

    how about adding more google ads in the avatar details. it's just one banner at the left. and it's not enough
