Placement looks good, I dont know romanien, what does "Jocuri Gatit" means? if it means advertisements or sponsors then your good, cause you have a link unit under that headline. According to the adsense tos the adsense ads can only comply under thoser 2 headlines: sponsor links and advertisement anything else is against the tos. overal very good!

This is a huge risk for your account. Try AdSense blog, where flash sites were a topic of ads placement. They suggest to place ads at least 150px from games, because users may think this is a part of game, OR, there may be acidental clicks due to rude and keen gamers
