    Rather intrusive. Nearly no content and three banners. As a casual visitor I'd hit the back button immediately.

    If it were my site.....I would get rid of the google ads at the top and put a large rectangle underneath the google search box. Be sure to use text colors that match the sites text. I think that you will get more clicks. Might try it as an experiment and see.

    add an adsense unit near your upload form
